George Galloway and Charity Commission

10th March 2010
To: George Galloway MP, House of Commons, London, SW1A 0AA
Dear George Galloway MP,
I have been a constituent of Right Honourable ** and I have been seeing him more often than my own friends, due to some serious issues, but on this occasion I am writing to you about the Charity Commission.
I have had my struggles with the Charity Commission and a quick internet search revealed that your opinion of the Charity Commission is consistent with what I have to say about this Charity Regulator, sadly speaking.
To be brief, I have had more than enough knowledge of a serious incident that took place at the registered educational charity that is *#@#*@# UK. This is mainly because they had the misfortune of employing a man whom I can now say is a sociopath with 100% confidence, someone who practically turned the place upside down. Other words for ‘sociopath’ include ‘anti-social personality disorder’ and ‘psychopathy’, which is permanent. In January 2009, I reported *****. Recently, I have had 2 formal documents for the Charity Commission to prove the damage of reputation as the charity tried to sue me for defamation. The case had no legal strength as the information that I disclosed to 1000 or so persons was so factual and provable with hard evidence, but the letters from lawyers (originally to me) do prove the damage of reputation concerning this registered educational charity and that is within the Charity Commission’s definition of what a serious incident is.
I am not a Trustee and it is not my job to report a serious incident. Here I am, writing letters to the Charity Commission to say they should at least log the Serious Incident and I also have indicators that there has been significant interference with the work of the charity which is also within the Commission’s definition of what a serious incident is, but even without such indicators, a serious incident already occurred last summer. The Charity Commission has read the 2 documents with the evidence that Asia House’s reputation was substantially damaged by August 2009, then they wrote back to me saying there was no evidence of the damage to its reputation. This is incredible. In the reporting of misconduct initially in early 2009, all that I wanted was to sleep at night, in peace, in warning the whole community of Mr. Sociopath who ‘got through’ a remarkable number of victims in just one year, and from the middle of ’09 to about now I had to write to Charity Commission employees to tell them to please do their jobs after all of it. Ironically, I am the true charity volunteer. Zealously helping and not paid at all. I have to feel concerned about the implications of the Commission’s incompetence and thus I feel quite anxious about the most vulnerable members of our society that are in the greatest need of charitable help- the homeless, alcoholics, the physically disabled, the bereaved, and so forth.

Is there anything that you and/or I can do to drive the Charity Commission into please doing their jobs? This issue should affect your constituents extensively as a great number of them will be in need of charitable help at some stage and a great number of them are volunteers. Of course, the public purse has no money really for this evil institution to waste on what you call the ‘hysterical campaign’. I find it incredibly frustrating that the Charity Commission interferes in cases where it should not and on the other hand, will not do the most basic paperwork in the universe in other cases– the logging of a serious incident, even when that is already 7 months late (which is ridiculous in the first place anyway). I thought it was a formal legal requirement.
So what plans do you and the rest of Parliament have to make the Charity Commission please do their jobs? I welcome any ideas as that would also encourage me to sleep at night…

Yours sincerely,

Business plans for crocodile music

Dear M-P

Hellooooooo!! Hope your teachers are supportive of you (they seem to have a history of being unsupportive) and that you haven't been playing too much monopoly lately.. hehe

I was meant to email you earlier but didn't have the time... so are you still watching 'Dragon's Den', and what have you learnt from it?? I vaguely looked at it, wow it's so tough to be an entrepreneur, in a way it's a bit dirty really... a few attacks here and there... I guess that is necessary because the entrepreneurial world is highly demanding...

As I registered a company in my name in the middle of last year no. 696**** I got bullied the hell out of doing anything much really being a public sector employee at the time, what a shame...
but now that I'm in the Asia-Pacific Region I think I probably need to register it as a 'foreign' business and run all the business accounts from here. Aaahhh if I was a qualified accountant and bookeeper, I could do it all myself and wouldn't need to pay someone to do it- heheheh...

Something on the side...

I basically want to commission a whole load of music that educate the public about basic neuroscience facts, mainly to educate people about anti-social personality disorder... there are about 10 different personality disorders and I think I'll concentrate on 2-3. I have identified a gap in the 'MARKET' because this is something that really needs to be done but journalists won't be talking about it in the newspapers and magazines for fear of bankruptcy-inducing 100,000 pounds defamation lawsuits (which is a bit of a complicated story), teachers should tell you about this stuff now at school when they tell you all about the anaroexia etc. but this sort of thing won't happen for ANOTHER 30 - 50 years or so because the government are getting highly inaccurate statistics of the problems, grossly under-reported problems, and we can't wait for 50 YEARS for something that really needs to be done when it needs to be done now, basically, so that's my mission.

So my issue is that I struggle to think in an entreprenurial sort of way, I wasn't born with the entrepreneurial blood flowing within my veins so this is a bit of a disadvantage, possibly. My brother's the complete opposite as he's done so many awesome entrepreneurial things since he was about 12, making a profit on foreign exchange, even making a profit from selling second hand DVDs and light bulbs.... he is totally hilarious! I have zero history-inclination of being entrepreneurial. But I will basically put crocodiles into songs, having amused Parliament and got telephone calls from Parliamentary employees to tell me that my songs are entertaining, ...
I hear a few stories about people with anti-social personality disorders eating pencils which is weird so I can go and put that into songs too.

It's not technically complicated to make songs, I grab a guitarist, write the songs, get someone to compose, record... But I think I need to be cleverer than paying someone 50 - 60 pounds each time I do something (which then becomes a financial burden) and if I seek PARTNERS there are trust issues and I want to be autonomous- I want to have complete control of the material and make sure I will be able to get it out and make sure I will be using it to help people without hindrance. There will also be important music marketing plans in the (much) later stage, 14/ 15 yr olds don't mind being able to listen to a few FREE songs on the internet to amuse themselves when they're actually getting educated more than when teachers tell them not to smoke; so how do the business plans work, this will be important as well at a later stage; ;

There're people who've got more musicianship than I have but I am able to identify a need from reading so many psychology, psychiatry and sociology books that it has made me sick, so combined with my own compassion I've formulated a manifesto.- -.... I think this is Okay and I do not need to feel I am inferior to those concert pianists or something. They do other things that I cannot do, and it is not as if they are determined to cut a lot of crap in the next 50 years to help a lot of people now or close to now, and I certainly do not want to wait for another 125 years. There are reasons why blocks of 125 years are conceptualized but never mind that, really. There isn't particularly any time for me to wait for people to suffer in the next 50 years and instead of me sitting around wondering if I can do something about it I should just go and do it... there is nothing to lose and my 'business enterprise' does not require any capital investment. It's not as if it's possible to lose a chunk of money.

So I don't know how I'll really get on in the later stages, but I'll need to refrain from making any financial / business arrangements that don't make so much sense and I'll need to formulate business plans and business relationships that make the optimum amount of sense so at some point this may become a bit of a struggle for me because the entrepreneurial blood is not flowing within me....
It might work to pay some fees for music production out of my salary a couple of times and sign the copyright legal paperwork, but it might emerge that there is a cleverer way of doing things,

Do you understand what I am saying??? Not matter what I've got to make the decisions that are good and not hide in my own non-entrepreneurial shell...

Ahhh so I may need to call you for business advice, which is just so ironic to have a 26-year-old calling a SIXTEEN-year-old for business advice and business strategy recommendations!! hahahahahaha....
It's still ever so easy to make you a co-director of a British-registered company, I just sign a name on a piece of paper... lol lol lol lol. nnnnnaaaaahhhhh, I would not want to ruin your life with a bit of a history of political activism, even though I can detach all upcoming activities from it, and I am sure your HOMEWORK at school is more important than running a company and being a director, isn't it? lol lol.

Business advice! Business Advice!!! Business plans!! Oh the company directorship conferences and meetings! ah...

Celebrities and anti-social personality disorder

So, there're a number of celebrities I could target with the issue of anti-social personality disorder, best to target the philanthropic ones as they are the most likely to respond:

Here's a quick mental list:

  • Arnold Schwarzenneggar (he's in action movies ie. VIOLENT movies- wow that is so perfect! And he seems to be very philanthropic and adorable- very helpful!)
  • Natalie Portman (she actually has a psychology degree!!!!!!!)
  • Bradd Pitt
  • Angelina Jolie
  • ..... any other suggestions??

If I write literally thousands of letters to the celebrities, maybe they will have to write about this in the media somewhere... crazy girl decided to keep writing to celebrities all the time. Essentially I'll be saying 'come help raise awareness!!!!!!!!!'

boyfriend-girlfriend holiday

When I was at university, I went away for some Christian teaching weekends which included foodie, table football, maybe a bit of table tennis, bible seminars, more bible studies and some Christian socializing.

I do remember a 'relationship seminar' when Dan and Suzie talked about their recommendations- ... the point of starting an 'exclusive male-female relationship' as Christians call it is for marriage. It's an intimate thing that's heading towards marriage. In popular spheres, there can be disagreements with this like I remember an 18-yr-old friend who said 'what?? Marriage??? If you want to break up with your boyfriend, tell him you're going to marry him!' which makes the point that this can be freaky. But on the whole I agree with the Christian 'directors' because I generally believe that if there is no chance in the world that I'm going to marry the man I'm dating, it's a complete waste of my time.

I have some thoughts on some other things that they 'recommended' to me, however. About HOLIDAYS, they recommend that the boyfriend-girlfriend pairs DO NOT GO ON HOLIDAY DURING THEIR RELATIONSHIP as it subjects them to sexual temptation. This goes along with a list of other recommendations like if the pair of them are in a room in a university hall of residence, leave the door open, etc.
However, in the light of my direct experience of a severely disordered person, who had severe anti-social personality disorder without any sign revealing it for so long, and by the way the Christian reaction to all this has been dreadful on the whole, I am actually recommending that the couple goes on holiday together- for example, from Britain to Italy, from Britain to Russia, whatever that takes their fancy.

My recommendation is based upon how if a couple go on holiday together, they can perform a passport security check and establish each other's identity. That means, if I'm the girlfriend, I can confirm my boyfriend's name, date of birth, and his address should be written at the back, along with details about his next of kin. I know this sounds really ridiculous, paranoid and stupid, but, I think if the couple don't want to have sex they can go and have a holiday without having sex in the hotel room and return with nice memories, they should be autonomous human beings capable of deciding whether they're going to have sex or not, and also, in the normal processes of socialization people don't check their friends' identity by saying 'oy, show me your passport, is your name really your name? Is your age really your age?' Come on, that's just ridiculous.
But, sociopaths seem to be really the same as everyone else, and victims tend not to know what the hell is going on until it's all too late. It's so difficult to distinguish them and tell them apart that even Ph.D qualified psychologists such as Dr. Robert Hare fail to identify them in their day-to-day lives. They can identify the disordered persons that they study at work, but the fail to identify the disordered persons in their own private lives so they still fall victim and get conned.

In the normal processes of socialization, I just can't think of another opportunity to check the boyfriend/ girlfriend's identity apart from having to go pass the airport with a valid passport. And if the sociopath is a criminal that's being pursued, that comes out as well. Miss Sandra Boss, the corporate superwoman, was married to 'Clark Rockefeller' for over 12 years or so but her husband gave her a fake name and she didn't know and she never saw his passport or medical records until everything was all too late. I got as far as seeing the damn sociopath's Barclays Bank Card, it had his first initial and surname on it. But he lied to me and over 30 people about his date of birth, age, home address, family situation, he even gave the Church and people from the church a false forename for years and years and years that began with the same letter as his 'real' forename- how real is that forename? As real as it is in the criminal court because he got multiple criminal convictions, so I found out (which shocked me a lot).

Call me paranoid but there's about a 4% chance that a passport check will reveal worrying results and a 96% chance that a passport check will reveal normal, satisfactory results. This means that, for example, let's say you're a woman and you'll date some men in your twenties, thirties and forties, maybe you marry when you're 41, there is a high mathematical chance that you will encounter one male partner who has anti-social personality disorder (there's some chance that your men can have all sorts of problems too, looking at the figures; never mind, there's happiness to be had) and this is something that is very difficult to tell. You'll know if your man needs heart surgery, but you probably can't tell if he is personality disordered with ASPD. So, to beat the processes of socialization, I'm now recommending that- lovers go on holiday together because while they look forward to it and it's probably going to be lots of fun, just in case the relationship is not right at all, the passport will tell you. Don't always bother with the 'I love you': read his or her passport, it's usually 'his' because for every 1 female sociopath there're about 7 or 8 male sociopaths.

I think ultimately these recommendations about what to do when in a relationship should be delivered based on population statistics, facts and figures, trends in the population, etc. and to an extent, what type of partner one is likely to accept. While it's nice to aim for a prosperous life that doesn't succumb to temptation, people can't always go ahead to recommend actions based on very abstract principles. We don't live in an abstract world, we live in a world that is often very practical. And the Christian directors of Christian weekends certainly did not manage to warn me of some dangers in the world that I didn't know existed, or what to do about it.

And I'm still not impressed that Christians in general actively discouraged me from reading the sociology books and psychology books that explained problems to me (along with all the legal texts). Some of them even said, 'just read the bible and don't read those things', but there are some very SPECIFIC things about the condition of anti-social personality disorder that the bible could not possibly have told me and I relied on such information to recover. Like I've said since quite a long time ago, it puts me off when Christians leave things to God that should not be left to God (like what they can command socially, whether they have the social skills to pull social interactions and emotional bonds between people together). Fundamentally I don't think it WORKS to make-believe, to say that my traumatized self is fine because I have God when I'm really not fine, and as I identified the lack of short-cuts in recovering from the horrendously nightmarish experiences of a sociopath, I feel really really put off that some people basically want to shove me the bible and make a short-cut that doesn't actually work. That's not the correct use of the bible, and they've also discouraged me from pursuing actions that ultimately can achieve very benign things for large numbers of victims without being discerning enough to see how those things will be achieved- I don't want to talk about the details. Sometimes people don't want to think about problem-solving. I'm not one of those people.
Basically, Professor Simon Wessely would hate how the Christians treated me in this.

Anyway - Go on holiday and read the other passport (not yours) !!!!!!!!! Have a nice holiday!!!
